Good oral hygiene provides a mouth that looks and smells healthy. This means that:

You have to brush your teeth at least twice a day, every morning and night. If possible also after each meal to prevent the accumulation of bacteria. You should brush for a total of 2 to 3 minutes.
Daily flossing helps remove bacteria and plaque that builds up between your teeth. If you notice blood or inflammation due to flossing, visit your dentist.
To floss properly, wrap the ends of the floss around the index fingers of each hand and floss between and around each tooth.
It is recommended that you visit the dentist at least 2 times a year for a cleaning, and more frequently if you have gum problems or extensive cavities. If you are suffering from toothache or bleeding gums, call us as soon as possible.
